Have you ever considered that maybe you have not found your soul-mate workout? If you dread going to the gym, going for your run/walk, doing the treadmill/elliptical then you haven’t found the workout that your soul desires. Is this possible? Of course it is. Look at people who do Crossfit, Zumba, Paleo, P90x, bootcamp, yoga, marathons, etc. These are all people who have a passion for what they do and continue to do it and produce results. Several years back my soul-mate workout was P90x but now it has changed to TurboFire and running. These are workouts I literally look forward to everyday, several time a day, cant wait until the next one, and hate taking a rest day. Dont keep doing the same thing over and over that you dread doing. Try something new!
